Guest Checkout — How to Shop Without an Account

1. Add items to your cart: Browse Elexbig and add products to your cart as normal.
2. Proceed to checkout: Click "Checkout" from your cart page.
3. Enter your email: You will be prompted for an email address. This is used for order confirmation and tracking updates.
4. Fill in shipping details: Enter your delivery address, phone number, and any delivery instructions.
5. Choose your payment method: Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer Via Paystack. Guest checkout supports all standard payment methods.
6. Place your order: Review your order summary and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Note: As a guest, you cannot redeem Elexbig Coins, or apply referral credit at checkout. These features require a registered account.

After placing your order, you will receive tracking information by email once the vendor ships your items. You can also track your order using the order number and your email address on the Order Tracking page.
