Elexbig accepts eligible Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment cards through Paystack.

When you pay by card, your payment is securely processed by Paystack. Elexbig does not have access to your full card details.

Bank Transfer

You may be able to pay for your Elexbig order using bank transfer, where available at checkout.

Paystack generates the required payment instructions for the transaction. Your order will be processed after the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Bank Account / USSD

Depending on your bank and the payment options available through Paystack at the time of checkout, you may also be able to pay using supported bank account or USSD payment options.

When Will My Order Be Confirmed?

Your order is confirmed after Elexbig receives successful payment confirmation from Paystack.

If your payment is successful but your order does not immediately update, please allow some time for the payment status to synchronize.

Do not make another payment immediately if you have already been charged. First check your order status or contact Elexbig Support so we can verify the transaction.

Payment Failed

If your payment fails, you can try the following:

• Confirm that you have sufficient funds.
• Check that your card or bank account is active.
• Make sure your card details were entered correctly.
• Check that your bank allows online transactions.
• Try another available payment method.
• Contact your bank if the transaction continues to fail.

If you were debited but the Elexbig order still shows as unpaid, do not pay again immediately. Contact Elexbig Support with your order details and payment information so the transaction can be checked.

Refunds

If an order is approved for a refund, the refund process will depend on the payment method used and the applicable Elexbig refund policy.

Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account depending on the payment channel and the customer's bank or financial institution.
