Shipping
Multi-Vendor Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on your total order amount and delivery location. The shipping cost depends on:
- Your total order value
- Your delivery address and location
- The applicable shipping rate for your order
- Whether free shipping is available for your order
Discounts
Your total may be reduced by:
- Coupon codes: Vendor-specific or Elexbig-wide promotion codes
Sale prices: Items on sale show the original price crossed out with the sale price below
Order Summary at Checkout
At checkout, you will see a clear breakdown:
- Subtotal: Total price of all items before shipping and discounts
- Shipping: Total shipping cost across all vendors
- Discount: Any coupon or promotion applied
- Total: The final amount charged to your payment method
Tip: If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout before completing payment. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
