Out of Stock

The product is currently unavailable for purchase because the vendor has no available inventory.

The vendor may restock the product in the future.
When a product is out of stock, customers should check back later or look for similar products from other Elexbig vendors.

On Backorder

A product marked On Backorder can still be ordered even though it is not currently available in the vendor's immediate inventory.

This product is on backorder and may take longer to ship.
The vendor may need to restock the product before it can be shipped. Customers should expect a longer processing and shipping time than products marked In Stock.
If you need the product urgently, consider checking other Elexbig listings that are currently in stock.

How Elexbig Product Stock Works

Vendors are responsible for keeping their product inventory and stock status updated through their Elexbig Vendor Dashboard.

Depending on the vendor's inventory, they may set a product as:

• In Stock — Available for immediate order processing.

• Out of Stock — Currently unavailable for purchase.

• On Backorder — Available to order, but the vendor needs to restock it and it may take longer to ship.

Vendors should keep their stock status accurate to help customers understand when their orders can be fulfilled.

Why Products May Go Out of Stock

Products can become unavailable for several reasons, including:

• The vendor has sold all available units.
• The product is in high demand and sells quickly.
• The vendor has not yet received a new shipment.
• The vendor temporarily stopped selling the product.
• The product is seasonal or limited in supply.
• The vendor is updating their inventory.

Product Variations

Some products have different variations, such as:

• Colour
• Size
• Model
• Storage capacity
• Power rating
• Pack size
• Other product specifications

A product may have some variations available while others are out of stock or on backorder.

For example, a phone may be available in 128GB, while the 256GB version is on backorder.
