Product Listing Standards

Every product listed on Elexbig must meet our listing standards:

• Accurate descriptions that match the actual product
• High-quality photos showing the real product
• Correct categorization and attributes
• Compliance with all applicable NG regulations
• No prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items policy)

Note: Vendors can only set products to "draft" or "pending" status. All products require admin approval before they go live on the marketplace. This ensures every listing meets our quality standards.

Authenticity Guarantee

Elexbig requires all vendors to guarantee the authenticity of their products. If you receive a product that you believe is counterfeit or misrepresented:

1. Submit a return request with "Not As Described" as the reason
2. Include photos and details of why you believe the product is not authentic
3. Contact support via live chat for immediate assistance

The Elexbig Buyer Guarantee covers products that are not as described, including authenticity issues. You will receive a full refund.

Verified Vendor Badge
