When Can You Leave a Review?
You can leave a review after your order is marked as delivered. You will receive an email invitation to review your purchase, or you can go directly to your order history.
- Log in to your account at https://elexbig.com/customer/product-reviews
- Find the delivered order and click on it
- Click Leave a Review next to the product
- Give a star rating (1 to 5 stars)
- Write your review (optional but encouraged)
- Submit your review
What Makes a Good Review?
- Be specific about what you liked or did not like
- Mention product quality, packaging, and shipping speed if relevant
- Keep it honest and helpful for other buyers
- Avoid personal information or off-topic content
