Choose a password that is:
- At least 8 characters long
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Unique to your Elexbig account (not reused from other websites)
- Not based on easily guessable information (like your name or birthday)
Tip: Consider using a password manager such as 1Password, Bitwarden, or your browser's built-in password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords.
Social Account Security
If you log in with Google,
- Your Elexbig account security depends on the security of your social account
- Make sure your social account also has a strong password and 2FA enabled
- If your social account is compromised, change your Elexbig password immediately and contact support
Signs of Suspicious Activity
Contact us immediately via live chat if you notice:
- Orders or charges you did not make
- Password reset emails you did not request
- Changes to your account details that you did not make
- Unfamiliar devices logged into your account
Important: Elexbig will never ask for your password, full card number, or 2FA codes via email, chat, or phone. Any such request is a scam. Report it immediately.
