Your Elexbig account security is important to us. Here are the best practices and built-in features to keep your account safe.

Strong Password

Choose a password that is:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Unique to your Elexbig account (not reused from other websites)
  • Not based on easily guessable information (like your name or birthday)
Tip: Consider using a password manager such as 1Password, Bitwarden, or your browser's built-in password manager to generate and store strong, unique passwords.

Social Account Security

If you log in with Google,

  • Your Elexbig account security depends on the security of your social account
  • Make sure your social account also has a strong password and 2FA enabled
  • If your social account is compromised, change your Elexbig password immediately and contact support

Signs of Suspicious Activity

Contact us immediately via live chat if you notice:

  • Orders or charges you did not make
  • Password reset emails you did not request
  • Changes to your account details that you did not make
  • Unfamiliar devices logged into your account

Important: Elexbig will never ask for your password, full card number, or 2FA codes via email, chat, or phone. Any such request is a scam. Report it immediately.

Logging Out

Always log out of your Elexbig account when using a shared or public computer. You can log out from the account dropdown menu in the top navigation bar.
