How to View Your Order History on Elexbig
View your complete Elexbig order history, track past purchases, and easily reorder your favourite items.

Your complete order history is available in your Elexbig account, making it easy to track past purchases and reorder your favourites.
Viewing Order History
Order Details
Go to Account > Orders to see all your past and current orders. Each order shows:
- Order number
- Date placed
- Current status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Refunded)
- Total amount paid
- Number of items
Order Details
Click on any order to see its full details:
- Items ordered: Product names, quantities, prices, and variation details (size, colour, etc.)
- Vendor information: Which vendor each item comes from
- Tracking: Tracking numbers and carrier links for shipped items
- Shipping address: The delivery address for this order
- Payment summary: Breakdown of subtotal, shipping, discounts, and total paid
- Return status: Any return requests associated with this order
Tip: You can print or save your ELEXBIG order invoice as proof of purchase. Your invoice can be useful for warranty claims, returns, refunds, accounting, or keeping a record of your purchase.Still Need Help?
