How to Reset Your Elexbig Password

1. Go to the Forgot Password page, or click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
2. Enter the email address associated with your Elexbig account
3. Click "Send Reset Link"
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Elexbig
5. Click the reset link in the email
6. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
7. Confirm your new password
8. Click "Reset Password"

Note: The reset link expires after a limited time for security reasons. If the link has expired, simply request a new one from the Forgot Password page.

If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes:

• Check your spam/junk folder: The email may have been filtered by your email provider
• Check the email address: Make sure you entered the correct email associated with your account
• Wait a few minutes: Email delivery can sometimes be delayed
• Try again: Request another reset link if the first one does not arrive

If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you may not have set a password for your Elexbig account. In this case:

• Continue logging in with your social account
• Or set a password by using the Forgot Password page with your email address. This will let you create a password for direct email login in addition to your social login.
