How Product Approval Works
Every new product submitted on Elexbig goes through a review process before it becomes visible to customers. This helps ensure that products listed on the marketplace meet Elexbig's quality and vendor compliance requirements.

The Review Process
When you submit a product, it is reviewed by the Elexbig Review Team. Our team checks the listing to make sure the product information meets Elexbig's quality, accuracy, and marketplace requirements.
Our team may check:
- Product title — Clear, accurate, and properly written
- Product description — Complete and relevant information
- Product images — Clear and appropriate product images
- Category — Product is listed under the correct category
- Pricing — Accurate and reasonable product pricing
- Product information — Specifications and other details are accurate
- Prohibited products — Product does not violate Elexbig's prohibited-item policies
Once your product passes review, it will be approved and published on Elexbig. Customers will then be able to view and purchase the product.
If your product does not meet Elexbig's requirements, it may be rejected or returned for changes.
Common reasons include:- Product title is unclear or incomplete
- Product images do not meet quality requirements
- Incorrect product category
- Description is too short or missing important information
- Inaccurate product specifications
- Product violates Elexbig's listing or compliance requirements
- Draft: Product has been saved but has not been submitted for review.
- Pending: Product has been submitted and is awaiting review.
- Published: Product has passed review and is live on Elexbig.
- Rejected: Product did not meet the required standards and needs correction before resubmission.
