Who Can Sell on ELEXBIG?

ELEXBIG is open to registered businesses and individual vendors who sell approved electronics, gadgets, and technology-related products.

You can sell on ELEXBIG if you are:
• Individual vendors in Nigeria
• Registered businesses in Nigeria
• CAC-registered companies and businesses
• Registered retailers, distributors, and manufacturers
• Businesses selling electronics, gadgets, appliances, solar and renewable energy products, accessories, smart devices, and other approved categories

All vendors must complete the required verification and onboarding process before they can start selling.

Application Process

1. Register: Create a vendor account at Elexbig.com Click "Sell on Elexbig" in the navigation.
2. Complete your application: Provide your store name, description, and product details
3. KYC verification: Upload your identification documents and complete identity verification
4. Review period: Our team reviews applications within 48 hours (most are approved within 24 hours)
5. Approval: Complete the onboarding by setting up your store in settings on your dashboard menu.

Note: All vendor applications are manually reviewed by the Elexbig team. We look for quality products, genuine businesses, and alignment with the Elexbig marketplace vision.

What You Need to Apply

To become an Elexbig vendor, you will need to provide:

• Business/Store name: Your registered business name.
• Product information: Examples of the products you plan to sell on Elexbig.
• Nigerian bank account: For receiving vendor payouts.
• Bank account name: The bank account name must match the name used on your Elexbig vendor account.
• Valid business registration documents: Required for verification.
• Valid identification: Government-issued ID may be required for identity verification.
• Proof of bank account: A valid bank statement or other acceptable bank verification document.

Fees Overview

Joining Elexbig is free. There are no registration fees, setup fees, or listing fees.
Elexbig only charges:

• Commission: A percentage of each successful sale, based on the applicable product category.
• Subscription Fee: Applicable vendor subscription fees may apply depending on the vendor plan.

You do not pay to register or list your products. You only incur applicable fees based on your selected vendor plan and successful sales.

 Vendor Payouts

Elexbig does not charge payout fees.

• Payout Day: Every Friday
• Minimum Payout: ₦10,000
• Payment Method: Direct bank transfer
• Payout Fees: ₦0
• Tracking: Vendors can track their sales, earnings, and payouts through the vendor dashboard.

Important: Your bank account name must match the name on your Elexbig vendor account to avoid payout delays.

What Happens After Approval

Once your Elexbig vendor application is approved:

1. Go to your Vendor Dashboard and open Settings.
2. Update your Store Information, including your store logo, business address, contact details, and other required information.
3. Add your payout bank information. Your bank account name must match your Elexbig vendor account name.
4. Start listing your products with accurate descriptions, prices, images, and available stock.
5. Once your products are approved/listed, you can start selling on Elexbig.
