Setting Up Your Elexbig Store
Step-by-step guide to setting up your Elexbig vendor store from profile to first products.

Step 1: Choose Your Vendor Tier
Before setting up your store, choose the vendor tier that best suits your business.
Your vendor tier determines your product listing limit, commission rate, and available vendor benefits.
Go to your Vendor Dashboard and select your preferred plan.
Step 2: Complete Your Store Settings
Go to Settings in your Vendor Dashboard and complete your store information.
Store InformationFill in:
- Store Name — Enter your business or store name.
- Shop URL — Choose a simple and professional URL for your store.
- Email — Enter your active business email address.
- Phone — Add your active phone number.
- Description — Briefly describe your store, what you sell, and what customers can expect.
The Content section is where you should provide important information about your store.
Add:- Your store banner
- About your store
- Return Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Dispatch Timeline
Enter your business location:
- State — Select your Nigerian state.
- City — Select your city.
- Address — Enter your business or store address.
Business Information
If applicable, provide:
- Company — Enter your registered company/business name.
- Tax ID — Enter your applicable tax identification number.
Upload your store images:
- Logo — Your main store logo.
- Square Logo — A square version of your logo. This may be used in special areas such as the checkout page.
- Cover Image — Your store's main cover/banner image.
To receive your payouts, go to your Payout Settings and add your Nigerian bank account details.
Make sure your bank account information is accurate and matches the required account details.Go to Products > Add New Product and start listing your products.
Make sure every listing has:- Clear, high-quality product images
- Accurate product name
- Complete product description
- Correct price
- Available stock
- Correct product category
- Accurate product weight
Once your products are approved and your store information is complete, your products can become visible to customers on ELEXBIG.
Tip: Start with your best products and make sure every listing is complete, accurate, and professional. Quality listings give customers more confidence and can improve your chances of making sales.
