Bulk Importing Products via CSV
If you have a large product catalogue, you can import products in bulk using a CSV or EXCEL file rather than adding them one by one.

CSV Import Overview
Elexbig supports CSV and EXCEL-based bulk product imports. This is ideal if you are onboarding for the first time with many products, or if you manage your catalogue in a spreadsheet.
- Go to your Vendor Dashboard at https://elexbig.com/vendor/import/products
- Go to Products > Import
- Download the Elexbig CSV or EXCEL template
- Fill in your product data following the column headers
- Upload the completed file
- Review the import preview and confirm
- title: product name (10 to 120 chars)
- description: product description (minimum 50 chars)
- category: Elexbig category name
- price: NG price
- stock_quantity: number in stock
- sku: your unique product reference
- compare_at_price (was price)
- variant data (size, colour etc.)
- tags
- weight, dimensions
Images cannot be uploaded directly via CSV. After import, you will need to add product images through the product editor. You can also link to publicly accessible image URLs in your CSV using the image_url column.
Note: Imported products are created as Draft status. You must change them to Pending to submit for review. You can bulk-update status from the Products list view.
