How Commission Works

Your commission rate depends on the vendor plan you are subscribed to.

For example, on a ₦100,000 product sale:

• Free: 15% commission = ₦15,000
• Starter: 10% commission = ₦10,000
• Professional: 7% commission = ₦7,000
• Premium: 5% commission = ₦5,000

The remaining amount after the applicable marketplace commission represents your sale earnings before any other applicable deductions.

• How many products you can list
• Your marketplace commission rate
• Your monthly subscription cost
• Number of featured products available
• Whether your store can be featured
• Whether you receive priority support

Important: Higher plans provide a lower commission rate, higher product limits, and additional marketplace benefits.

Free: Best for new vendors starting with a small catalog.

Starter: Best for vendors who need up to 50 products.

Professional: Best for established vendors with up to 200 products and additional visibility and support.

Premium: Best for high-volume vendors who need unlimited product listings and the lowest commission rate.

Viewing Your Earnings

Vendors can monitor their sales, commissions, and available earnings through their Vendor Dashboard.

ELEXBIG Vendor Plans — FAQs

1. What happens when my vendor subscription expires?

When your subscription expires, your store remains active. Your existing products remain visible on ELEXBIG, and customers can continue to view your store and products.

2. Will my products disappear when my plan expires?

No. Your existing product listings remain visible on the marketplace. Your store and previously listed products are not automatically removed simply because your subscription has expired.

3. Can I still manage my store after my subscription expires?Yes. You can still access and manage your store. You can continue to manage your vendor account and store settings even when your current subscription period has ended.

4. Will my store be deleted if I don't renew?

No. Your store is not automatically deleted when your subscription expires. Your store remains on ELEXBIG unless it is otherwise suspended or removed in accordance with ELEXBIG's vendor policies.

5. Does an expired subscription affect my existing products?

Your existing product listings remain available. However, your plan benefits and applicable plan limits are tied to your active subscription. Renewing or upgrading allows you to access the benefits associated with the selected plan.

6. Can customers still see my store after my subscription expires?

Yes. Your store remains visible on ELEXBIG, and your existing products can remain visible to customers.

7. Can I renew my subscription after it expires?

Yes. You can select and activate a vendor plan again when you are ready. Your chosen plan will determine the benefits and limits available to your store.

13. Does a higher-priced plan mean a lower commission?Yes. Higher vendor plans offer lower commission rates. The commission decreases from 15% on the Free Plan to 5% on the Premium Plan.

14. What happens to my plan benefits after expiration?

Benefits such as featured products, featured store placement, priority support, product listing limits, and the plan's commission rate are determined by your active vendor plan. To continue receiving the benefits of a particular plan, you should renew or activate that plan.

15. Do I lose my store if I don't renew immediately?

No. Your store does not disappear simply because your subscription expires. Your store remains active and your existing products remain visible, while you retain access to manage your store.
